The Easiest Way to Start Your Menopause Education
Meno Medicine Essentials is the most in-depth, up-to-date lecture series on menopause medicine available — built for clinicians who want to actually understand the science, not skim a summary.
It's already accredited through University of Vermont with four separate designations: 14.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits (physicians), 14.0 AAPA Category 1 credits (PAs), 14.0 hours of Pharmacy CE, and 14.0 Nursing Contact Hours (nurses, NPs, CNMs). Most menopause education on the market is written for NPs only, at a fraction of the hours. This isn't.
What's Inside
A structured, evidence-based lecture series covering every major domain of menopause medicine — physiology, symptom management, treatment options, and the research behind current practice. Built and taught by clinicians who practice this, not just teach it.
- Self-paced video lectures across every core domain
- Built on current evidence, updated as the research moves
- CME credit for physicians
- Designed for clinicians at any starting point — no prior menopause training assumed
Why CME Matters Here
Meno Medicine Essentials is approved for 14 CME hours through University of Vermont's accredited CME program — more total hours of instruction than any other menopause course we've found in our research. CME is the highest tier of continuing education a clinician can earn, and it's accepted downward by every license type below it. A physician needs CME specifically. A nurse practitioner, nurse-midwife, nurse, physical therapist, or mental health provider can submit CME toward their own continuing education requirement — even when their license uses different terminology for it.
CME, CE, CEU — Which One Do You Need?
Different licenses call continuing education by different names, and it's easy to assume they don't overlap. The course's actual accreditation, through University of Vermont, already covers this — it's issued as four separate, simultaneous designations, not one generic "CME" label:
- Up to 14.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ — for physicians (MD/DO)
- 14.0 AAPA Category 1 CME credits — for physician assistants
- 14.0 hours of Pharmacy Continuing Education
- 14.0 Nursing Contact Hours — covers nurses, nurse practitioners, and nurse-midwives
Whatever your license calls your requirement — CME, CE, CEU, contact hours — one of these four designations covers it. You're not looking at a course built for one license type; you're getting the top accreditation tier, issued in the exact form each license needs.

A Certified Nurse Midwife, Menopause Specialist, and the founder and designer of the Meno Learning Lab. For 30 years she has worked at the intersection of women's health, education, and advocacy.
Her own perimenopause journey sent her deep into the evidence and clarified what she'd always known — that when clinicians and their patients truly understand what's happening, they can work together, honor what makes each experience unique, and transform the way midlife is navigated.
Dedicated to the full arc of women's health — from postnatal recovery through perimenopause and beyond — she is an expert at translating complex science into clear, practical knowledge you can actually use.
