Structured, Exam-Aligned Preparation for the Menopause Society Certification Exam
Tried self-study but failed due to lack of structured guidance? Get early access to our comprehensive study guide.
Built by a clinician. Designed for how this exam is written.
The Problem (unchanged — still works)
Preparing for the MSCP exam is not about motivation or effort.
Most candidates:
- Have strong clinical experience
- Have access to Menopause Society resources
- Are unsure how to organize, prioritize, and apply what they’re studying
The challenge isn’t a lack of information.
It’s structure, assessment, and strategy.
What This Study Guide Is (and Is Not)
This study guide is:
-
A non-instructional, exam-aligned organizational tool
-
Built around the MSCP exam blueprint
-
Designed to support assessment, remediation, and practice testing
-
Intended to complement (not replace) Menopause Society resources
This study guide is not:
-
An official Menopause Society product
-
A replacement for primary texts or guidelines
-
A passive reading experience
Its purpose is to help you study efficiently and perform well.
Why This Study Guide Exists
I prepared for the MSCP exam in 2023 without a study guide and had to build my own from scratch. The process was fragmented and time-intensive, and it highlighted a reality many clinicians experience:
Exam preparation is a distinct skill from clinical practice.
As a professor of nursing with extensive experience in board-style exam design and psychometrics, I’ve spent years writing, analyzing, and teaching multiple-choice examinations. In repeated conversations with MSCP candidates, one message is consistent:
What clinicians want most is high-quality practice questions.
This study guide was built to meet that need—and to support the growing demand for menopause-informed clinicians.
